Choosing the right piece of exercise equipment can feel slightly overwhelming at times because there are so many equipment options available, and choosing which one works best for you can be time consuming and for some even stressful. As a fitness professional I am constantly learning knew exercise techniques to make sure all clients are continuously making health and fitness gains, and in many cases this also includes using the right piece of fitness equipment to do so. I have been asked a few times over my years as a fitness professional what is the best exercise equipment to buy or what I use when I work out. I can honestly say that everyone has been surprised with how little I use and how much space I actually need to get an amazing heart pumping, muscle burning workout completed. And so this is why I decided to write this little blog about in my opinion some of the best exercise equipment to buy.
