Here is an AMAZING fat burning workout which you are going to love! You will be done before you know it, and guaranteed to be covered in sweat... but do not just take my word for it try it out!

The rules are simple - set your timer for 20 minutes and try and complete between 8-12 rounds of the fat burning workout below (1 round = 4 exercises). 

Also did I mention there is NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED awesome right!

Here is what the fat burning workout is composed of:

1) Burpees x 8

2) Squats x 10

3) Push-Ups x 8

4) Side Plank Rotations x 5 each side

On your marks, get set, GO!
