What is really fabulous about this workout is that you are going to burn BODY FAT all day long. The reason is your metabolism will be REVVED up so much that your body will be a FAT burning FURNACE.

The rules are very simple - perform each exercise for 45 seconds then take a 15 second rest between each exercise.

  • Burpees or Fullbody extensions
  • Prisoner squats
  • Jumping Jacks or Tap ups (using a step/low bench)
  • Close grip push-ups
  • Alternating 3 way Lunges (forward, side and reverse)
  • Mountain climbers

What else is truly great about this insane metabolism boosting workout is that it is tailored to your fitness level. Beginners start with one round. Next, our intermediate fitness levels aim for 2 rounds. Lastly, advanced level go ahead and perform 3 rounds. With that being said, please remember to always listen to your body.
