Here is a quick and easy Fat burning workout guaranteed to rev up your metabolism and kick start your day!

Instructions are easy folks, go through the circuit with NO REST between exercises. Rest for 1 minute and repeat again for a total of 2 rounds. For an advanced level Fat burning workout, go through this routine for a total of 4 rounds, making sure to rest 1 minute between circuits.

  • Prisoner Squats x 60 seconds
  • Plank hold x 30 seconds
  • Alternating Reverse Lunges x 30 seconds
  • Push-Ups (Choose the hardest one for you) x 30 seconds
  • Jumping Jacks x 60 seconds (make sure your arms go right above your head, and do not bend your elbows)
  • Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds
