Being able to continuously be educated with current exercise and nutrition techniques and methods, and that combined with years of experience has allowed me to become a leading fitness expert within the health and fitness industry.

My main areas of expertise are Fat Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Increasing Lean muscle mass, Cardiovascular Fitness, Nutrition, Core strengthening, Sports Specific Training, and Physical endurance testing like policing or fire-fighting. Certified as a Personal Training Specialist through Can-Fit Pro (PTS) along with continued education courses in Exercise Anatomy and Nutrition, Practical Nutrition for Sports medicine and fitness professionals, Myofascial Release in Sports Medicine, Conditioning Young Athletes, Core Assessment and Training, Fitness for women and Exercise and pregnancy. As well as Weight Management and Disordered eating in active and sedentary individuals, and Motivating people on how to be Physically Active. Another key focus for me is to make sure that all clients are constantly being encouraged, motivated, given positive support, while at the same time making sure you are challenged with creative workouts in a fun and safe atmosphere for your personal training experience.

Having a passion for fitness and exercise and being able to encourage and promote living a happy and healthy lifestyle to others have led me to be given the opportunity to train both men and women who all come from a variety of different health and fitness backgrounds. There have been clients who never worked out a day in their life, to clients training for a sporting event who needed a new training edge. When it comes to being a personal training, my greatest passion above anything else is when a client has not only accomplished their set goal, but has also come to the realization that they are healthier, happier and more alive than they were before!
